Cooking with steam:

Once the water reaches its boiling point sensor generating steam, a state of the art process superheats the water to 288 oC, while the exterior of the oven stays cool to the touch. The water reservoir and the water gauge add convenience to the cooking process. Preprogrammed settings (“stand by:, “system on”; “auto cook”; “manual cook”) provide the correct time, temperature and optimal combination of heat, steam and super heated steam for cooking the healthy and nutritious food. Super heated steam is sprayed onto the food from three directions – two sides and the top of the compartment. The ovens are equipped with buzzer alarm and LCD screen for display.
